Please see below our 3 different Agency Fee Options: Casual, Membership or Permanent Placements. Please contact the Agency to discuss which option will suit you best.

Casual Rates:

In London…
£20 per day
£80 per week 5 day week
£100 for 6 sporadic dates booked within 3 months. Not applicable for consecutive dates or Holiday Buddies

Outside of London and Holiday Buddies…
£25 per day
£100 per week 5 day week A ‘Holiday Buddy’ is anyone travelling out of London with a family. This is not included in any membership other than a Tier 2 Holidays Membership.

Membership Rates

Tier 1 Annual Membership £550 (Maximum of 2 bookings per week)

Tier 2 Annual Membership £750 (Maximum of 4 bookings per week OR unlimited holiday bookings)
Over the 12 month period Tier 1 or Tier 2 members are entitled to up to two/four bookings per week with either the same or different Big Buddies. Further fees will be charged if the clients needs to increase either permanently or temporarily. Limited members have the option to upgrade to a Tier 3 Membership at anytime on a pro rata basis or pay the relevant casual rates. Annual membership entitles families to engage up to 4 Buddies in a 12 month period. Additional Buddies will be charged at £100 per placement.

Tier 3 Annual Membership - £950 per year (unlimited bookings)
During the annual period the member is entitled to unlimited bookings with any of our Big Buddies. Membership covers introduction of up to 4 Buddies in a 12 month period. Additional Buddies will be charged at £100 per placement.

Permanent Placement Fees

If you would prefer to employ your Manny rather than become a member, we charge a one off fee of 15% of the Mannies annual Gross salary.

All UK Manny Placements will begin with a four week trial. The Client will be invoiced a non refundable fee of £200 to cover this period.

Following your successful trial, full payment of Agency fees will be invoiced on confirmation of your Manny’s start date, minus the trial fee. A refund of a pro rata percentage will be offered if the placement is unsuccessful on the following terms:

Between the commencement of week 5 and end of week 8: 60% refund Between the commencement of week 9 and end of week 12: 30% refund

Full payment of Agency fees for all International Permanent Placements will be invoiced on confirmation of your Manny’s start date. It is the family’s responsibility to pay all travel expenses on behalf of their new Manny. Our fees are 15% of the Manny’s annual gross salary in GBP. A refund of a pro rata percentage will be offered if the placement is unsuccessful on the following terms.

Between the commencement of week 1 and end of week 4: 80% refund Between the commencement of week 5 and end of week 8: 40% refund

It is the responsibility of the Client to pay all tax and national insurance on behalf of any permanently employed Manny. For more information on nanny tax and national insurance please visit www.nannytax.co.uk Manny salaries are determined on a case by case basis, based on experience, hours and responsibilities.

The Agency can supply a template contract to families to secure employment with your Manny. If you’d prefer to use your own contract, this is fine however a formal contract must be in place prior to work commencement.
